1. What types of power line hardware and power fittings do you supply?
We supply a wide range of power line hardware and power fittings for transmission and distribution systems, including suspension clamps, strain clamps, connecting hardware, pole line hardware, U bolts, eye bolts, grounding hardware, guying hardware, anchors, insulator fittings, OPGW/ADSS fittings, and related utility fasteners.
We also support custom products based on drawings, samples, and project specifications.
2. Do you manufacture custom and non-standard power line hardware?
Yes. We manufacture custom and non-standard power line hardware according to customer drawings, samples, technical specifications, and application requirements.
Our engineering team can review dimensions, materials, tolerances, surface treatment, and manufacturing feasibility before production. OEM and ODM services are available for utilities, EPC contractors, equipment manufacturers, wholesalers, and distributors.
3. What power line fasteners can you manufacture?
We manufacture a broad range of power line fasteners and pole line bolts, including U bolts, pole line square head machine bolts, carriage bolts, double arming bolts, eye bolts, spool bolts, threaded rods, nuts, washers, and other galvanized fasteners used in utility structures.
Custom dimensions, threads, lengths, and configurations can also be produced according to drawings or project requirements.
4. Can you supply complete power line hardware according to a BOM or project list?
Yes. We can supply mixed power line hardware based on BOM lists, drawings, or project specifications.
Different products such as clamps, bolts, shackles, link plates, eye fittings, grounding components, pole line hardware, and accessories can be consolidated into one order and shipment.
This helps EPC contractors, utilities, and distributors simplify purchasing and reduce the number of suppliers required for a project.
5. What information do you need to quote power line hardware?
For an accurate quotation, please provide as much of the following information as possible:
• Product name or BOM list
• Drawings in PDF, CAD, DWG, STEP, or similar formats
• Dimensions and thread specifications
• Material requirements
• Surface treatment or galvanizing requirements
• Mechanical or load requirements
• Applicable standard, if required
• Quantity and packaging requirements
If complete specifications are not available, you can also send photos or samples for technical evaluation.
6. How do you ensure the quality of power line hardware?
Quality control is carried out throughout material inspection, manufacturing, dimensional inspection, surface treatment, assembly, and final inspection.
Depending on the product and customer requirements, inspection can cover dimensions, threads, coating condition, mechanical performance, assembly fit, and other specified characteristics.
Material certificates, inspection reports, and relevant quality documentation can be provided when required.
